Booking is required for After School Club and this can be done through your ParentPay account.
First hour up to 4:15pm (does not include food) £ 3.00
Up to 5pm (includes food) £ 6.00
Full session up to 6pm (includes food) £ 7.00
CUT OFF TIME FOR BOOKINGS/CANCELLATIONS: 2pm
Collection: Please enter through the rear carpark entrance and make your way to the security gate by the adventure playground. Press the buzzer on the intercom and a member of staff will be with you as soon as possible.
Late collections The After School Club finishes at 6pm. Any collections after this time may incur a fine and will be referred to the safeguarding team.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you have booked a place for your child at either Breakfast Club or After School Club and no longer require the session, please login to ParentPay to cancel before 8am. Please note that sessions are non-refundable if cancelled after the published cut-off time. Cancellations should be made through ParentPay
Behaviour
Continuous unsafe and unkind behaviour from attendees at any of our clubs will result in a referral to the Senior Leadership Team and places at the club for these children will be reconsidered.
